My name is G Crichton. I was born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand. 15 years ago, I decided to try life in a small country town and came here to Boise.  I have been in the restaurant industry for 15 years, specializing in Japanese cuisine. I started here in the Treasure Valley and now, have decided to start a new and different dining experience.

My artist background has definitely been an asset, as my home party displays have been described as visually stunning. Since then, I've built and deployed my own mobile restaurant idea which was sparked by my loyal followers who live in various parts of Idaho & beyond. I wanted to make sure I could go to them anywhere & yet still provide the interactive experience of my sushi catering.
